BFI GROUP (PTY) LTD currently trading as BFI property practice was established in 2019 with sole purpose of driving residential property/ real estate investment and offer efficient and value – added property management services. Better Future Investment Group is a company founded by five highly skilled former students from different universities. BFI Group currently provides residential accommodation to students from various universities, colleges and other institutions in Johannesburg, Doornfontein. Our core business is property acquisitions, development and management.

Our main focus portfolio is student accommodation. It is estimated that student accommodation continues to be a scarce basic need for students and with the rapid rate of urbanization and price increase, the need for student accommodation continues to rise and we are positioned to serve in this regards. Additionally, it has been shown that the quality of where the students reside contributes to the success of students in tertiary institution. We have taken this challenge and opportunity to be part of the solution to these problems by providing accommodation that is affordable, safe, within easy reach to campus, clean and conductive to the student’s needs.
